History

Established in 1973, the Port Adelaide Tennis Club is located on Woolnough Road Largs Bay and offers tennis enthusiasts within the local community a friendly club environment. With six lit, plexipaved courts, the club caters to those of all experience levels and offers mid-week social tennis, group and individual private coaching, along with junior and senior competition.

Our Clubhouse is modern and offers players and visitors a comfortable place to prepare for a match or retreat to after their game. With a licenced canteen/bar and a glass frontage taking in views of most courts, the club house is a great place to enjoy a drink with other club members and watch some of the on-court action!

We have an active social committee who continually strive to provide social activities which both seniors and juniors can enjoy and further the interaction between club members. We invite all junior parents and senior members to actively participate in arranging social events and volunteering where they can during social events.

The Port Adelaide Tennis Club operates under the guidance of a volunteer-based management committee, including a Club President, Secretary and Treasurer. We actively encourage anyone who would like to volunteer their time and experience to help shape the future of our club to contact one of the current committee members.
